Before Coming to Class:

  • Wear clothing you can move easily in – shorts, footless tights or leggings are best.
  • It's important to be on time for class.
  • There are bathrooms/ changing rooms available.
  • It's best not to eat a meal any closer than three hours before class (a light snack is OK).
  • If you have any physical or medical condition, inform your instructor at the first class.
  • Cell phones must be turned off.
  • No fun allowed (hahahahahaha).

Sound Healing for Deep Relaxation
Turn your tension and anxiety upside-down! After a brief introduction to sound healing, this session will provide a deeply relaxing  experience of soothing vibrations from a crystal singing bowl and vocal toning and singing. Leave without the stress, mind chatter and pain you walked in with, as the vibrations turn down the stress response and restore balance and harmony to your whole being.


Andrea Wenger, RD, MAHA, facilitates healing experiences for upside-down living with groups and individuals--to break free from should and live life according to your own rules. With extensive training and experience in holistic nutrition and the healing arts, Andrea creates a safe and warm space to let go of struggle and build a conscious and compassionate connection with your most authentic self.
