Our Costa Rica vacation is dedicated to celebrating a life filled with the joy and peace of yoga practice. You will be given space to unleash liberation from within.

Each day Joe and Kim's teaching will include theory, asana, breath work, and a whole lot of relaxation so come along and enjoy!

On our retreat you will learn about the Eight Limbs of Patanjali Yoga (Classical Yoga)which, when observed, will bring the aspirant to a place of peace and authentic presence. The Eight Limbs are: Yamas, Niyamas, Asanas (postures), Pranayama(breath), Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), Dharana(concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (bliss). You will explore one or two branches of yoga each day, correlating the eight limbs of yoga with the seven chakras. Your body, mind, heart, and spirit will feel increasingly cleansed and rejuvenated.

Along with twice-daily classes with Joseph Roberson and Kim Manfredi, you will have ample time to roam the lush gardens, swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub or hang out in a hammock. Treat yourself to a bodywork session from dozens of treatments to choose from, all offered by world-class practitioners. There are numerous optional eco-tours and excursions to choose from. Some last half the day, some an entire day. Choices are not limited to a butterfly & waterfall tour, a whitewater rafting adventure, a coffee plantation walk, a day at the beach, and volcano tours.

Please invite your non-yoga family & friends to come with you. There are always group members who are not yoga practitioners, so don't let that stop you. Non-practitioners receive a $150 discount.

Prices start at $1255

This includes airport transfer, 7 nights' accommodations, 3 healthy gourmet meals daily, 2 yoga or meditation sessions daily, pool, hot tub, and more! (does not include airfare- typically $300-$600).
