Program at the Yoga Center of Columbia 2002- 2008, has practiced yoga and meditation for 25 years. He has studied with senior teachers in Kundalini, Iyengar, Anusara, and Ashtanga Yoga. Joseph has studied Vipassana meditation in Thailand, Iyengar yoga and Osho active meditations in Pune, India.
